No POB is listed for this version in pocabase. A POB (preorder benefit) is a bonus from the retailer, never from the label: it changes from one shop to the next and is gone once the preorder window closes.
WHY.. comes in 6 versions, among them WEVERSE ALBUMS, LETTER, Standard, and Moody. The tracklist does not change from one version to the next: only the box, the photocards and the artwork do. WEVERSE ALBUMS is the only one in platform album format. The declared contents of WEVERSE ALBUMS match the other versions: the database records no difference in items.
