CHECKMATEStandard

ITZY – CHECKMATE (Standard) is one physical edition of CHECKMATE, a mini album by ITZY released on August 8, 2022. This is a physical CD: disc, photobook and cards in one box. The album is released by JYP Entertainment.

The box declared by the distributor holds one photocard. One photocard is announced. One photocard is drawn at random out of 25 designs: two copies do not give the same cards. It also holds ARTIST, TITLE, and LABEL, as declared by the distributor.

No POB is listed for this version in pocabase. A POB (preorder benefit) is a bonus from the retailer, never from the label: it changes from one shop to the next and is gone once the preorder window closes.

CHECKMATE comes in 5 versions, among them Standard, SPECIAL, Cartes bonus, and Autres cartes. The tracklist does not change from one version to the next: only the box, the photocards and the artwork do. The declared contents of Standard match the other versions: the database records no difference in items.

This is an official edition: bought from an authorised retailer, it counts towards the Hanteo and Circle charts, which measure physical sales in South Korea. EAN 8809755508654 points to this exact edition: it is the code to check before buying, because every version carries its own.
