About this version
j-hope – JACK IN THE BOX (HOPE) is one physical edition of JACK IN THE BOX, a album by j-hope. This is a physical CD: disc, photobook and cards in one box.
The box declared by the distributor holds one photobook, 2 photocards, one poster, 2 sticker sheets, and one disc. The photobook runs to 100 pages. 2 photocards are announced. One photocard is drawn at random out of 2 designs: two copies do not give the same cards. It also holds ARTIST, TITLE, and LABEL, as declared by the distributor.
No POB is listed for this version in pocabase. A POB (preorder benefit) is a bonus from the retailer, never from the label: it changes from one shop to the next and is gone once the preorder window closes.
JACK IN THE BOX comes in 3 versions: HOPE, LP LIMITED, and Autres cartes. The tracklist does not change from one version to the next: only the box, the photocards and the artwork do. HOPE declares more items on these points: one photobook, 2 photocards, and one poster.
This is an official edition: bought from an authorised retailer, it counts towards the Hanteo and Circle charts, which measure physical sales in South Korea. EAN 8809929745588 points to this exact edition: it is the code to check before buying, because every version carries its own.
