About this version
Red Velvet – SPECIAL ALBUM (Case) is one physical edition of SPECIAL ALBUM, a album by Red Velvet. This is a physical CD: disc, photobook and cards in one box.
The box declared by the distributor holds one photobook, 4 photocards, 2 posters, and one box. The photobook runs to 72 pages. One photocard is announced. 3 photocards are drawn at random out of 6 designs: two copies do not give the same cards. It also holds Red Velvet Joy, Special Album ‘Hello’ Released on June 3rd!, Solo Debut with a Remake Album! Touching Emotions Across Generations!, and Red Velvet's Joy (SM Entertainment) is set to make her solo debut with the special album ‘Hello’., as declared by the distributor.
No POB is listed for this version in pocabase. A POB (preorder benefit) is a bonus from the retailer, never from the label: it changes from one shop to the next and is gone once the preorder window closes.
SPECIAL ALBUM comes in 2 versions: Case and PHOTOBOOK. The tracklist does not change from one version to the next: only the box, the photocards and the artwork do. Case declares more items on these points: one photobook and 4 photocards.
This is an official edition: bought from an authorised retailer, it counts towards the Hanteo and Circle charts, which measure physical sales in South Korea. EAN 8809633189852 points to this exact edition: it is the code to check before buying, because every version carries its own.
