HARDPLAY

SHINee – HARD (PLAY) is one physical edition of the 8th full album by SHINee, released on June 26, 2023. This is a physical CD: disc, photobook and cards in one box. The album is released by SM Entertainment.

The box declared by the distributor holds 2 photocards, 11 posters, and one lyric booklet. 2 photocards are announced. One photocard is drawn at random out of 4 designs: two copies do not give the same cards. It also holds ARTIST, TITLE, and LABEL, as declared by the distributor.

No POB is listed for this version in pocabase. A POB (preorder benefit) is a bonus from the retailer, never from the label: it changes from one shop to the next and is gone once the preorder window closes.

HARD comes in 6 versions, among them PLAY, SMini, DIGIPACK, and PHOTOBOOK. The tracklist does not change from one version to the next: only the box, the photocards and the artwork do. PLAY declares more items on these points: 2 photocards, 11 posters, and one lyric booklet.

This is an official edition: bought from an authorised retailer, it counts towards the Hanteo and Circle charts, which measure physical sales in South Korea. EAN 8804775256059 points to this exact edition: it is the code to check before buying, because every version carries its own.
