About this version
aespa – Whiplash (LP) is one physical edition of the 5th mini album by aespa, released on February 25, 2025. This is a vinyl record: a limited pressing, and playback needs a turntable. The album is released by SM Entertainment.
The album holds 6 tracks and the title track is “Whiplash”.
The box declared by the distributor holds 16 lyric booklets, one disc, and one box. It also holds Photo Sheet, as declared by the distributor.
No POB is listed for this version in pocabase. A POB (preorder benefit) is a bonus from the retailer, never from the label: it changes from one shop to the next and is gone once the preorder window closes.
Whiplash comes in 10 versions, among them LP, Whiplash Limited, SMini, and SPEED. The tracklist does not change from one version to the next: only the box, the photocards and the artwork do. LP is the only one in vinyl format. LP declares more items on these points: 16 lyric booklets.
This is an official edition: bought from an authorised retailer, it counts towards the Hanteo and Circle charts, which measure physical sales in South Korea. EAN 8804775452734 points to this exact edition: it is the code to check before buying, because every version carries its own.
