WhiplashWhiplash Limited

aespa – Whiplash (Whiplash Limited) is one physical edition of the 5th mini album by aespa, released on February 25, 2025. This is a physical CD: disc, photobook and cards in one box. The album is released by SM Entertainment.

The album holds 6 tracks and the title track is “Whiplash”.

The box declared by the distributor holds one photobook, 5 photocards, one poster, 6 sticker sheets, and one disc. The photobook runs to 56 pages. 5 photocards are announced. One photocard is drawn at random out of 2 designs: two copies do not give the same cards. It also holds T-shirts, Tabloid, and Wristband, as declared by the distributor.

No POB is listed for this version in pocabase. A POB (preorder benefit) is a bonus from the retailer, never from the label: it changes from one shop to the next and is gone once the preorder window closes.

Whiplash comes in 10 versions, among them Whiplash Limited, LP, SMini, and SPEED. The tracklist does not change from one version to the next: only the box, the photocards and the artwork do. Whiplash Limited declares more items on these points: 6 sticker sheets and 5 photocards.

This is an official edition: bought from an authorised retailer, it counts towards the Hanteo and Circle charts, which measure physical sales in South Korea. EAN 8804775451867 points to this exact edition: it is the code to check before buying, because every version carries its own.
