How does an order on pocabase work?
You pick an album version verified by its EAN code and pay once (tax included, shipping included). Your order is then placed with our suppliers in Korea and shipped to you.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 10 to 20 business days between placing your order and receiving it, the time it takes to order and ship the album from Korea. The delay is shown on every product page, in the cart and at checkout.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Every payment goes through Stripe, one of the most widely used payment providers in the world. pocabase never stores your card details. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna are accepted.
Can I get a refund or return an item?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (except unsealed products). The full policy, with the withdrawal form, is on our returns page.
Are the versions sold guaranteed authentic?
Every version shown is verified by its official EAN code: you get exactly the version you picked, never an approximate or substituted one.
Who's behind pocabase?
pocabase is a company registered in France, with a public address, SIRET number and contact email — full legal information is in the footer.
