Unlike a general marketplace, pocabase only lists artists and releases tracked in its own K-pop fandom database: every group, album and version shown here has been checked before publication. The catalogue grows every week as new releases come out and new preorders open across the region.

VAT-inclusive pricing
Prices on pocabase are always VAT-inclusive: for deliveries inside the EU, VAT is charged at the destination country's rate — currently 17–27% depending on the country — and it's already folded into the price, nothing added at checkout or on delivery.
Customs
Within the EU, VAT is already included and there is no customs formality: an order shipped to France, Germany, Spain or any other EU country arrives with nothing extra to pay on delivery. For Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom — outside the EU customs union — local import duties may be charged on arrival, on top of the pocabase price.
Payment
Payment runs through Stripe Checkout by card: pocabase never stores card numbers, and the charged amount is recalculated server-side at the moment of payment for accuracy.

Yes, EU customers get a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery, except for unsealed albums, lightsticks or photocards — details are in the terms of sale.
