About this version
EXO – Essence of Reverie (Special Kkuru Jam) is one physical edition of the 5th mini album by EXO, released on May 19, 2025. This is a physical CD: disc, photobook and cards in one box.
The box declared by the distributor holds 2 photocards, 7 sticker sheets, one QR or NFC card, and one box. One photocard is announced. One photocard is drawn at random out of 4 designs: two copies do not give the same cards. It also holds Kkuru Jam Key Ring and Sleeping Well Guide Paper, as declared by the distributor.
No POB is listed for this version in pocabase. A POB (preorder benefit) is a bonus from the retailer, never from the label: it changes from one shop to the next and is gone once the preorder window closes.
Essence of Reverie comes in 4 versions: Special Kkuru Jam, kiwee Platform Album, Photobook, and Cartes bonus. The tracklist does not change from one version to the next: only the box, the photocards and the artwork do. Special Kkuru Jam declares more items on these points: 7 sticker sheets and one QR or NFC card.
This is an official edition: bought from an authorised retailer, it counts towards the Hanteo and Circle charts, which measure physical sales in South Korea. EAN 8809957311533 points to this exact edition: it is the code to check before buying, because every version carries its own.
