14-day withdrawal
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, no reason needed. Write to contact@pocabase.com with your order reference (POCA-XXXXXX): we send you the return address and refund you within 14 days of receiving the parcel, to the original payment method.
Conditions
Product complete, unused, in its original packaging. Unsealed albums, lightsticks and photocards cannot be returned (French Consumer Code art. L221-28), except for defects. Return costs are at your expense, unless we made a mistake or the product is defective.
Damaged parcel or non-conforming product
Report it within 48 hours with photos: we resend the product or refund in full, return costs included.
Preorders
A preorder can be cancelled free of charge until it ships. If the announced shipping date slips by more than 7 days, you may request a full refund at any time.
Model withdrawal form
