These terms of sale govern sales made on https://pocabase.com between Pocabase ("the seller") and any consumer ("the customer"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Products
Official albums, lightsticks, photocards and merch, sold new and sealed unless stated otherwise on the product page. Box contents (photocards, POB, inclusions) are listed for information from distributor data: random photocards cannot be chosen. Pictures are not contractual.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT at the rate of the delivery country within the EU), shipping included unless stated otherwise at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes are payable by the customer. The seller may change prices at any time; the price charged is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
3. Order and payment
An order is confirmed after full payment by card, Klarna or PayPal through Stripe (secure payment; the seller never stores card data). A confirmation e-mail with the invoice is sent. The seller may refuse an order in case of a previous dispute or product unavailability; the customer is then fully refunded.
4. Availability and preorders
Products ship from South Korea or from our logistics partners after ordering (dropshipping: no own stock). For a preorder, the planned shipping date is displayed before purchase; it depends on the official release date and supplier lead time. If it slips by more than 7 days, the customer is informed by e-mail and may cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
Indicative times after dispatch: 10 to 20 business days (France and EU), 12 to 25 (Switzerland, Norway, UK), 15 to 30 (rest of the world). The tracking number is sent by e-mail. The customer checks the parcel on receipt and reports any damage within 48 hours. Risk of loss passes to the customer on delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason (French Consumer Code art. L221-18), by writing to contact@pocabase.com or using the model form. The product is returned complete, in its original packaging, at the customer's expense; the refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return. Exception (art. L221-28 5°): audio or video recordings unsealed by the customer cannot be returned.
7. Warranties
The customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (French Consumer Code art. L217-3 et seq., two years) and the warranty against hidden defects (French Civil Code art. 1641 et seq.). For a non-conforming or damaged product, the seller replaces or refunds, return costs included.

9. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the customer may refer free of charge to the consumer mediator: [À COMPLÉTER : médiateur de la consommation (nom, site)], or to the EU platform https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French courts have jurisdiction.
